Judging at 2010 Event
Thirty cupcakes in 90 minutes - that was the constitution-challenging mission we set our judges. Thirty giddily enthusiastic bakers were invited to attend the final judging of the 2010 National Cupcake Championships at the
five-star Rafayel Hotel in London. Insulin injections were on hand in case the judges fell into a diabetic coma.
While the pros struggled to contain the sugar rush, they trooped on gamely through the avalanche of cake, and
British Baker's health insurance was not called upon.
